A Dog Bar is a new fusion bar/dog park concept sweeping the nation. Just about every city seems to have one or has one in the works. They all vary, but to meet our definition of a dog bar they must have an off leash area where you and your dog can enjoy beverages purchased onsite. The majority of dog bars serve alcohol, few are just coffee bars. Many have restaurants or food trucks and some have other services like grooming, boarding and day care.
